A survey, not a news feed

The method

Every factual statement comes from one of two places: the Steam store listing for appid 3218230, or an announcement published on the game's official Steam news feed. Nothing on this site is sourced from a fan wiki, a content farm, a YouTube summary or another guide site, because those are exactly the sources that propagate each other's errors.

Where the studio has stated an intent but not a number, the page says that. Where a system was absent from the demo, the page says that too, and does not fill the gap with material imported from the 2020 original ArcheAge. The two games share a setting and a publisher, not a rulebook.

The gaps are deliberate

Trait point costs, stat coefficients, boss HP, drop rates, dungeon mechanics, housing layouts, trade values and the release date are all unpublished. Each of those is marked as unpublished in the page that touches it. A guide that invents them reads better for a week and then poisons every reader who plans around the number.

The practical test applied before publishing anything: could a reader open a link and check this themselves? If not, it does not go on the page as a fact.

Corrections

When two official documents disagree, the conflict is recorded in the project's research/CONFLICTS.md with both quotes and the resolution, and the higher-tier source wins. When a claim on this site turns out to be wrong, it gets corrected and the correction is noted rather than silently rewritten.

The fastest route for a correction is the official Discord, where the developers answer directly, or the Steam discussion board for the game.
